摘要
建立了乳与乳制品中氯霉素残留的超高效液相色谱——三重四级杆测定方法。该方法采用电喷雾电离源、多重反应监测负离子模式,可对氯霉素残留进行定性和定量测定。该方法的检出限为牛奶0.05μg/kg,乳粉为0.1μg/kg,线性范围在0.4~30.0μg/L内的回归方程为y=798.97+1874.56x,r=0.9993,加标回收率75.0%~94.6%,相对标准偏差为4.2%~12.8%。该法具有样品处理简单方便,灵敏度高,分析时间短等优点,可以满足乳与乳制品中氯霉素残留的测定。
This study of chloramphenicol residues in milk and dairy UPLC-MS-MS determination of the method. The method uses electrospray ionization, multiple reaction monitoring in negative ion mode of chloramphenicol residues in qualitative and quantitative. The detection limit of the method milk 0.05 μg/kg, powder as 0.1 μg/kg, 0.4-30.0 μg/L within the Fmear range of the regression equation was y=798.97+ 1874.56x, r=0.9993, the recovery rate 74.5% to 95.7%, relative standard deviation of 4.6% to 10.3%.
