摘要
人本管理理论产生于20世纪30年代的西方,20世纪六七十年代开始这一理论被运用到企业管理中。人本管理思想是现代企业管理思想,主张尊重个性发展。从人本管理思想出发,全面分析和考察人类社会的各种活动,其中成人教育的发展已经成为现在教育体系中一个值得关注的问题。鉴于此,从人本管理的角度,分析现在成人教育管理的现状、分析存在的问题,在此基础上进行管理方法的探究,以期找到推动成人教育发展的管理策略。
The management theory originated in the West in the 1830s, in 1960s or 1970s it began to apply in enterprise management. The idea of people oriented management is a modern enterprise management thought, which advocates respect for personality development, from a comprehensive activities, adult education development already became now a hot topic in the education system. From the management point of view, this article presents situation of the present adult education management, analyses the existing problems, and hopes to find a way to promote it.
