摘要
日趋严峻的人口老龄化问题产生老年人服务与老年人需求间的巨大张力,对中国社会传统的生活方式以及相应的社会服务方式产生了很大的冲击。发展和创新老年服务的理念与方法,成为事业单位型老年福利机构面临的机遇和挑战。本文结合云南大学社会学与社会工作系的老年社会工作实践,对事业单位型老年福利机构的社会服务改革与创新进行社会工作反思,讨论将社会工作制度引入其中后,对改善和提升老年福利服务水平、创新服务方式的意义。
The increasingly severe problem of an aging population reveals a large gap between the needs of the elderly and the service available for them, which challenges the traditional life style and its matching mode of social service. This situation presents both challenges and opportunities for the elderly welfare institutions, demanding development and innovation of their ideas and their model of service. An analysis of the reform and innovation of social service in the elderly welfare institutions is offered based on reflections on the practice of social work for the elderly by the Department of Sociology and Social work at Yunnan University. The significance of introducing social work system into these organizations to improve the quality of warfare service for the elderly is also discussed.
