褐藻多糖硫酸酯治疗慢性肾功能不全临床观察

Clinical Efficacy of Fucoidan Polysaccharide Sulfate in Treatment of Chronic Renal Insufficiency

目的观察褐藻多糖硫酸酯(海昆肾喜胶囊)治疗慢性肾功能不全(chronic renal insufficiency,CRI)的临床疗效。方法将42例CRI患者按照性别、年龄、原发疾病、血清肌酐(serum creatinine,SCr)、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、肌酐清除率(creatinine clearance rate,CCr)相匹配的原则分为治疗组和对照组,在一般治疗的基础上,治疗组加服海昆肾喜胶囊,而对照组仅予一般治疗,于治疗前及治疗后3个月检测SCr、BUN、CCr水平,并观察患者的临床症状及药物不良反应。结果治疗组治疗后与治疗前、对照组同期比较,SCr、BUN水平均显著降低(P<0.05),CCr水平显著升高(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),未发生明显药物不良反应。结论褐藻多糖硫酸酯能够明显改善CRI患者肾功能,减轻CRI患者的临床症状,延缓CRI的发展,推迟肾替代治疗的时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fucoidan polysaccharide sulfate （Haikun Shenxi Capsules） in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency （CRI）. Methods A total of 42 CRI patients were divided into treatment group （n：21） and control group （n：21） based on comparability of sex, age, pri- mary disease, serum creatinine （SCr）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, and creatinine clearance rate （CCr）. The control group received conventional treatment, and the treatment group received therapy with Haikun Shenxi Capsules as well as conventional treatment. The levels of SCr and BUN and CCr were measured be- fore and 3 months after treatment. The clinical symptoms of patients and adverse effects of drugs were ob- served. Results After treatment, the treatment group showed significantly decreased levels of SCr and BUN （P〈0.05） and significantly increased CCr （P〈0.05）, as compared with before treatment and with the control group. The control group showed no significant changes in the above indices after treatment （P〉0.05）. The clinical efficacy was significantly different between the two groups （P〈0.01）, with the response rate significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. No obvious adverse effects were observed. Conclusion Fucoidan polysaccharide sulfate can effectively improve renal function, relieve clinical symptoms, retard disease development, and delay renal replacement therapy in CRI patients.
