步长脑心通胶囊对急性心肌梗死兔心功能及梗死面积的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Buzhang Naoxintong Capsule on Cardiac Function and Infarct Size in Rabbits with Acute Myocardial Infarction

摘要 目的探讨步长脑心通胶囊对急性心肌梗死(AMI)兔的心功能及梗死面积的作用。方法将42只新西兰兔随机分为假手术组、梗死对照组、药物组,每组14只。采用手术结扎左冠状动脉前降支(LAD)建立AMI兔模型,假手术组反穿线不结扎,各组均造模成功6只。假手术组、梗死对照组给予常规喂养,药物组在此基础上加入步长脑心通胶囊每次0.4g,每日3次,实验周期为3周,分别于术后2天、21天行心脏超声检查,检测左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、左室收缩末期内径(LVDs)、左室射血分数(LVEF),21天后处死家兔行心肌梗死面积测定。结果术后梗死对照组及药物组即刻可见左室前壁及心尖部颜色变暗,搏动减弱,心电图显示两个以上导联出现ST段持续弓背向上抬高并与T波融合;术后21天药物组与梗死对照组比较,LVEF增高(P<0.05),而梗死面积明显降低(P<0.05);与本组术后2天比较,药物组术后21天LVEF增加(P<0.05)。结论步长脑心通胶囊能够显著降低AMI兔术后21天心肌梗死面积,增加LVEF,改善心脏收缩功能。 Objective To observe the effect of Buzhang Naoxintong Capsule on cardiac function and infarct size in rabbits with acute myocardial infarction. Methods Forty two New Zealand white rabbits were randomized into the sham operation group, control group and drug group, with 14 rabbits in each. Ligation of the left anterior descending artery (LAD) was a- dopted to establish acute myocardial infarction model and the sham opertion group was not ligated. Six models were successfully established in each group. The sham operation group and control group were given conventional feed. Buzhang Naoxintong Capsule was added in the drug group, 1 capsule once, three times daily. The experimental period lasted for 3 weeks. Echocar- diography was given to the rabbits on the 2nd and 21st day of infarction. Left ventricular and diastolic diameter (LVDd), left ventricular and systolic diameter (LVSd), and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were determined. On the 21st day of infarction, the rabbits were killed and the infarct size was tested. Results Left ventrieular anterior wall and apical was darke- ning and pulse was weakened after the ligation and model establishment. Electrocardiogram showed ST-segment arched upward and integrated with the T wave. On the 21st day of infarction, LVEF significantly increased (P^0.05) and the infarct size sig- nificantly decreased (P^0.05) in the drug group as compared with the control group. Comparing with the 2nd day of infarc- tion, the LVEF significantly increased on the 21st day of infarction in the drug group (P(0.05). Conclusion Buzhang Naox- intong Capsule could obviously decrease the infarct size, increase the LVEF and improve the cardiac function.
