Introduction and Comparison of Onion Cultivars

对引进的7个不同洋葱品种的生物学性状、抗病性、产量等特性的比较试验。试验结果表明,紫莹产量最高,较对照紫星增产16.53%,改良赤玉次之,达15.97%,郑研红日较对照增产13.45%,产量方差分析达极显著水平,这3个品种商品性状好,抗病性强,产量高,适合在河南及中原地区推广。

The experiment was conducted to study the biological characters, disease resistance and yield of seven introduced onion cuhivars. The results showed that, the cultivar Ziying possessed the highest yield, which was 16.53% higher than that of the control cultivar Zixing, and the cultivars Gailiangchiyu and Zbengyanhongri took the second and third place, which were 15.97% and 13.45% higher than that of control respectively. The yields of the three cultivars were significantly higher than that of control, with good commercial traits, strong disease resistance and high yield, thus they were appropriate to promote in Henan and the central plains region.
