摘要
本文从学校办学条件、学校财务状况和学校付息还本能力等方面设计了高校贷款风险防范审核指标体系,可供高校、商业银行、政府教育主管部门和财政部门用于高校贷款的必要性和可行性审核。
To further strengthen risk prevention of university loan, a audit index system is designed in this paper in terms of the school conditions, the financial status and the debt servicing capacity, which can be used for examining the necessity and feasibility of university loan for universities, commercial banks, government education departments and financial departments.
