Review on the latest Australia National Professional Standards for Teachers

摘要 澳大利亚的教师专业标准探索一直走在国际的前沿。2011年2月,澳大利亚颁布了最新的国家教师专业标准,该标准横向包含七个标准的内容结构(分属教学三个领域),纵向包含四个教师专业发展阶段。本文介绍该标准的制定背景及结构构成,并分析了其特点及面临的挑战。 The exploration of teachers' professional standards in Australia has been in the international front. In February 2011 ,Australia issued new national teachers' professional standards, which included seven standards in content structure (they belong to three domains of teaching)and four stages of the teachers'profession- al development structure. This paper introduces the background of the standards, and analyzes its characteristics. It is significant for constructing Chinese teachers' professional standards.
