摘要
在女性主义理论的影响下,当代美国教师研究在研究对象的选取上关注女性的经验,强调建构杰出女教师的多重身份,关注教学工作对普通女教师的意义;在对教师专业化的理论阐释上,主张重新探讨教学工作的公共属性,将关怀和养育融入专业化的概念内涵;在关于教学工作对教师性别身份认同的讨论中,主张从宏观和微观角度分析教学工作对不同群体教师的性别身份认同的影响。
Influenced by contemporary feminism,teacher education research in the U.S. today emphasizes multiple identities of the outstanding women teachers and average women teachers'experiences in history. Re- searchers focus on the characteristics of teaching as a public field in explaining the professionalization of teaching while claiming that caring and nursing should be indispensable for professionalization. Macro social status and micro teaching environment are both imoortant for analysis on gender identity for men and women teachers.
