摘要
目的以阿德福韦酯(ADV)为模型药物,研究多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)作为缓释载体的可行性。方法通过海藻酸钠(ALG)修饰处理MWCNTs,改善其表面性质,利用透射电镜表征了修饰后的MWCNTs的表面形貌,借助全自动快速比表面积及孔隙度分析仪表征MWCNTs的比表面积和孔结构,并探讨ALG-MWCNTs-ADV复合物在0.2%十二烷基硫酸钠磷酸盐缓冲液中的缓释行为。结果 MWCNTs经过修饰后制备得到的ALG-MWCNTs-ADV复合物缓释效果良好,释放动力学基本符合Higuchi模型。结论 MWCNTs可作为药物缓释载体材料。
Purpose To investigate the possibility of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) as a drug carrier to combine adefovir dipivoxil and to explore the potential feasibility of MWNTs.Methods Surface properties were improved by sodium alginate.Scanning electron microscope(TEM) and automated specific surface area and pore size analysis were used to characterize surface morphology,pore diameter and surface area of MWNTs,and the sustained release behavior of complex of ALG-MWNTs-ADV was investigated in 0.2% SDS-PBS solution.Results The sustained release effects of complex was excellent in 0.2% SDS-PBS solution.And the release dynamics of ALG-MWNTs-ADV was in accordance with the Higuchi model.Conclusion MWNTs could be used as a drug carrier for sustained-release preparations.
