摘要 目的探讨5-氮-2'-脱氧胞苷对非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)p73基因甲基化的逆转作用。方法用甲基化特异性PCR(MSP)方法对24例NHL p73基因启动子的甲基化进行检测,用5-氮-2'-脱氧胞苷处理部分NHL原代培养细胞后,检测p73 mRNA表达情况。结果 24例NHL中21例发生甲基化,甲基化阳性率高达87.5%;对照组(12例反应性增生淋巴结细胞及22例正常人外周血淋巴细胞)均未出现甲基化。部分未经治疗的NHL样本经5-氮-2'-脱氧胞苷处理后,p73 mRNA表达恢复。结论 p73基因启动子的甲基化可被5-氮-2'-脱氧胞苷逆转,导致因甲基化而被抑制的p73基因表达上调。
