摘要
目的观察灵芝孢子粉治疗后杏仁核点燃模型大鼠神经元凋亡状况。方法雄性大鼠24只,制备杏仁核点燃模型后,分为灵芝孢子粉组、生理盐水(阴性对照)组、苯巴比妥(阳性对照)组,灌胃给药2周后,采用原位杂交末端标记(TUNEL)法检测大鼠脑海马组织细胞凋亡状况。结果灵芝孢子粉组、阴性对照组及阳性对照组的凋亡细胞数分别为(21.25±4.03),(42.08±4.29)和(23.17±3.73)个/mm2,灵芝孢子粉组和阳性对照组凋亡指数均明显低于阴性对照组(P<0.05),给药组与阳性对照组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论灵芝孢子粉能够明显减少癫痫引起的神经元凋亡,对神经系统具有保护功能。
Purpose To observe the effect of Reishi Mushroom Powder on neuronal apoptosis of the amygdala kindling model.Methods 24 male amygdala kindling rats were divided into Reishi Mushroom Powder(treatment group),saline(negative control),and phenobarbital gavage(positive control).After 2 weeks treatment,terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling assay(TUNEL) was used to collect apoptotic cells of the hippocampus.Results The number of apoptotic cells in the treatment group,negative control group and the positive control group were(21.25±4.03),(42.08±4.29) and(23.17±3.73)/mm2,respectively.Compared with the negative control group,apoptotic cells in the treatment group and the positive control group were significantly lower(P〈0.05).No significant difference was seen between treatment group and the positive control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The Reishi Mushroom Powder can significantly reduce epilepsy-induced neuronal apoptosis and has protection function on the nervous system.
