磷酸川芎嗪联合人血白蛋白治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察磷酸川芎嗪联合人血白蛋白治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法急性脑出血患者82例,随机选择51例为观察组,在常规治疗基础上加磷酸川芎嗪和人血白蛋白;31例为对照组,在常规治疗上仅加用磷酸川芎嗪。所有患者入院后均计算头颅CT血肿及水肿区的面积,同时对患者神经功能缺损进行评分,治疗结束后复查,对结果进行比较分析。结果两组患者治疗后均比治疗前明显好转,神经功能缺损评分也明显降低。结论联合应用磷酸川芎嗪和人血白蛋白治疗急性脑出血较单一使用磷酸川芎嗪临床症状改善更明显,值得临床推广应用。
