摘要
为了提高中压配电网防风抗灾能力,必须设计专门的防风抗灾规划方案。提出风灾等级与规划区域等级划分思想,结合广东省历年风灾情况将风灾和规划区划分为3个等级。根据风灾等级中对应风速大小,提出3种相应的配网架空线路设计方案;对计及风灾影响的单位工程造价进行估算。提出具有差异化特点的防风抗灾型规划方案,详细描述具体的实施步骤。
In order to improve the anti-windstorm ability of distribution network, it is essential to design a special scheme to resist wind disaster. Firstly, the idea of classifying storm level and hierarchies of planning area is proposed, and then wind storm and planning region are divided into three levels in combination with the windstorm situations of Guangdong province over the years. Secondly, according to the wind speed of each windstorm level, three kinds of design schemes are proposed for distribution network overhead lines. Then the construction unit price considering anti-windstorm scheme is estimated. The anti-windstorm scheme has the characteristics of differentiation, and its specific implementation process is elaborated in detail.
