摘要
针对大功率电力电子器件的冷却问题,基于传统冷却方式,提出了热管传热加集中风冷的新型冷却方式,介绍了该冷却方式的特点;并在实际应用的条件下,设计了一套物理仿真模拟系统,从实验的角度详细验证了该新型冷却方式的可行性,由此说明热管传热加集中风冷的新型冷却方式具有良好的应用前景。
Based on the traditional cooling methods, this paper proposes a new cooling method for high power electronic components (thyristors), a combination of heat transfer through heat pipe and centralized air-cooling. Its cooling characteristics are presented; a physical simulation system was designed for the practical application. The feasibility of this new cooling method has been experimentally verified, and it exhibits bright application prospects.
