摘要
剖析国外著名粮油公司的发展特点:拥有稳固的农场种植支撑体系和政府的高补贴政策、持续的技术研发和创新能力、面向全球的粮油贸易物流网络体系、卓越的风险管理和资本运营能力。国内油料油脂加工企业发展过程中,应借鉴国外粮油公司成功经验,从加快产业集聚、加强技术创新能力、提升国际化资本运营能力、强化种植支撑体系、优化物流体系及引入先进管理等方面着力,振兴我国油料油脂产业。
Development characteristics of famous overseas grain and oil enterprises were focused on solid farm planting support system, high governmental subsidies, persistent technical research and strong inno- vation ability, global acquisition and logistics system, strong financial strength and international advanced management level. Domestic oils ＆ fats enterprises should learn successful experiences from foreign grain and oil enterprises during evolution, and put forth effort on accelerating industrial agglomeration, reinforcing technology innovation ability, promoting international capital operation ability, strengthening planting support system, optimizing logistics system and introducing advanced management ideas, so as to energize our oils ＆ fats industry.
