揉搓式豌豆脱皮机研究与设计

针对现有豌豆脱皮设备存在的脱皮率低、产量小,难以满足规模企业生产要求等问题,对豌豆脱皮技术原理与方法进行分析与研究,在此基础上,设计一种揉搓式豌豆脱皮机。介绍该脱皮机的主要结构特点及其工作原理,通过设计计算与分析,确定脱皮机的总体结构,分析影响豌豆脱皮质量的因素。设计后的豌豆脱皮机脱皮方便、结构相对简单、预期产量较大。

In allusion to the available peas peeling equipment exist the problems that low peeling rate, small production, difficult to meet large-scale production requirements and so on, the principle and method of peas peeling technology were analyzed and studied. On this basis, designed a kind of knead type peas peeling machine. This text introduced the construction and characteristics about the peeling machine. Through the design calculation and analysis, the overall structure of the peeling machine was determined and the influence factors of peeling quality were analyzed. The designed peas peeling machine is peeling convenient, structure is relatively simple, expec- ted output is bigger.
