后ECFA时代台湾工业转移与大陆承接对策

Industial Transfer of Taiwan in Post ECFA and Countermeasures of the Mainland

海峡两岸经济合作框架协议(ECFA)签署后,两岸还将就金融监管、知识产权保护等具体事宜进一步磋商,双方经贸关系将实现完全正常化。在以全球产业调整为背景的后ECFA时代中,台湾工业转移将表现出新的特点,研究分析两岸经济关系的发展趋势和ECFA对两岸产生的不同影响,得出了后ECFA时代台湾工业转移的特点。研究认为大陆要承接台湾工业转移应以调整自身产业结构为基础,并通过两岸产业合作主动参与国际产业调整。

After the signature of ECFA,both sides of the strait will achieve complete normalization on trade relationship by making further consultations on financial regulatory and intellectual property protection,etc.Taiwan industrial transfer would display some new feature in post ECFA times.The paper starts with different influences on the two sides,indicating the trend of economical relationship cross-traits.Adjusting its own industrial structure before ahead,it proposes countermeasures to undertaking the industrial transfer from Taiwan to the mainland by cooperation between both sides of the strait.
