网络位置、技术学习与集群企业创新绩效——基于对绍兴纺织产业集群的实证考察 被引量:21

Network Site Technological Learning and Innovation Performance of Cluster Enterprises——Based on Empirical Study of Shaoxing Textile Industry Cluster

摘要 应用社会网络分析理论,分析了绍兴市纺织产业集群网络结构,实证探讨了网络位置、技术学习和集群企业创新绩效之间的关系,并选取了集群内4家企业对三者之间的影响关系作了进一步比较分析。研究结果表明:科研机构、专业市场、龙头企业在产业集群网络中扮演着重要角色,是产业集群技术创新的基石;网络位置对集群企业技术学习和创新绩效产生显著正向影响;技术学习正向影响集群企业创新绩效。 Based on social network analysis theory,the paper analyses the network structure of Shaoxing Textile industry cluster.Then it explores the relationship between network site,technological learning and innovation performance of cluster enterprises.Furthermore,the paper selects four representative enterprises for further comparative analysis.The results demonstrate that research institutions,professional markets and leading enterprises are the cornerstone of technological innovation which plays important roles in industry cluster networks;network site not only has significantly positive effects on technological learning,but also innovation performance of cluster enterprises;technological learning can effectively improve innovation performance of cluster enterprises.In addition,the research puts forward some countermeasures to promote the technological innovation performance of Shaoxing Textile industry cluster.
