摘要
为准确揭示中国农业全要素生产率的增长趋势,在整合国内外1982—2011年46项有关农业全要素生产率测算文献的基础上,总结出中国农业全要素生产率的时空变异特征。结果表明:时间趋势方面,1978—2008年期间,中国农业全要素生产率的年均增长率为3.17%,并且呈现出农业技术进步和农业技术效率损失并存的特点;空间格局方面,中国农业全要素生产率呈现出东部、中部、西部依次递减的趋势,三大区域农业全要素生产率的增长均主要源于农业技术进步。上述结论是基于一系列的不同作者采用不同的方法和数据对不同时期的中国农业全要素生产率进行测算的综合结果,能更为准确和客观地反映出中国农业全要素生产率的特征。
In order to reveal the accurate agricultural total factor productivity in China,this paper investigate the temporal and spatial nature of agricultural total factor productivity based on previous literatures from 1982 to 2011.The results show that:during 1978 to 2008,agricultural total factor productivity grows at 3.17% annually and presents characteristics of technological progress and technical efficiency loss coexistence.In view of three areas,there exists regional imbalance in China’s agricultural total factor productivity and the rank ordering is eastern,middle and western,meanwhile the growth of agricultural total factor productivity is mainly promoted by the technology progress whether in eastern,middle or western.The above conclusions are obtained from agricultural total factor productivity calculating literatures by various authors using different methods and data.Therefore,it can reflect the growth of agricultural total factor productivity more accurate and objective.
