国内外转基因食品安全管理现状与中国的发展对策

Current situation of the safety management for genetically modified foods in domestic and overseas and its countmeasures for China

转基因食品极大地丰富了食品的数量和种类,经济效益显著,但是很多转基因食品仍具有一定的潜在风险,因此需要采取有效的措施对其进行安全评价和监控管理,以确保人类健康和生态安全。文章就当前国内外对转基因食品的安全管理情况进行总结和综合分析,并对中国今后转基因食品安全管理的发展对策进行探讨,旨在为中国的转基因食品安全管理的发展提供借鉴。

Genetically modified foods （GMF） greatly enriched the quantity and types of food and also produced remarkable economic benefit. However, effective measures should be taken in the safety evaluation and monitoring of management to ensure human health and ecological safety since GMF still has a certain degree of potential risk. In order to provide a reference to the future development of GMF safety management, the paper summarized the characters of GMF safety management in domestic and overseas and analyzed de- velopment countermeasure for it in China.
