摘要
本文提出一种双定子结构的永磁超环面电机,介绍了该电机的结构及其驱动原理和特点。针对其特殊结构形式和工作原理,给出了主要结构参数满足的条件。在内外定子主要尺寸、磁路结构和绕组电路的基础上,对电磁转矩的计算公式进行推导,分析了该电机的转矩特性,并讨论了参数对输出转矩的影响规律。研究结果表明该电机具有特有的转矩特性,本文将为进一步研究该电机的控制策略提供依据。
A permanent magnetic toroidal motor with dual-stator was proposed,its structure,driving principle and characteristics were presented.Considering the special structure and operating principle,the conditions need to meet for the structure parameters were given.Based on dimensions of two stators,magnetic circuit and winding circuit,the formula of magnetic torque was derived,the torque characteristics of the motor were analyzed,and the influences of parameters on the output torque were discussed.The research results show the special torque characteristics of the motor,and are useful in further study on control strategy for the motor.
