摘要
在碱性条件下,以聚丙烯酰胺为主链,用甲醛和二乙烯三胺与支链上的酰胺基发生胺化接枝反应,制得一种多胺型阳离子有机高分子絮凝剂(XPAM)。通过试验研究,对物料配比、反应时间、反应温度、反应液pH值等影响因素进行了探讨,确定了XPAM的最佳合成工艺条件如下:物料配比PAM∶甲醛∶二乙烯三胺为1∶0.7∶0.84,反应时间T1为1 h、T2为3 h,反应体系的pH值控制在9左右,温度为45~50℃。然后利用XPAM对含铅废水进行絮凝处理试验,得到该絮凝剂处理含铅废水的最佳工艺条件:絮凝剂用量为2 mL、沉降时间为20 min、溶液pH值为3~6。在最佳处理条件下,对含铅废水中铅离子的去除率可达到90%。
A kind of amino-cationic organic macromolecular flocculant (XPAM) was prepared by using PAM as main chain and grafting formaldehyde and diethylenetriamine on amidogen radicals under alkaline condition. In the experiment research, different factors such as ratio of materials, temperature, reaction time, pH and so on were investigated. The optimum conditions for synthesizing XPAM were de- termined as follows : the ratio of PAM to formaldehyde and to diethylenetriamine was 1 : 0. 7 : O. 84, T1 was 1 h, T2 was 3 h, pH was 9, and temperature ranged from 45 ℃ to 50 ℃. XPAM was used for trea- ting read-containing wastewater, and the obtained optimum conditions were as follows: flocculant dosage was 2 mL, settling time was 20 min, and pH was 3 to 6. Under the optimum conditions, the removal rate of lead ion from lead-containing wastewater was 90%.
