摘要
采用高能球磨活化粉煤灰,并对球级配、球料比、转速以及球磨时间进行正交试验,将经不同时间活化的粉煤灰与Na2CO3按一定比例煅烧溶出,得到Al2O3。通过测试分析,研究了高能球磨活化各工艺参数对Al2O3溶出率的影响,得到了最优化工艺条件,并对Al2O3溶出过程的动力学进行了验证分析。结果表明:当表面机械活化6h、溶出温度90℃、液固比L/S=6、硫酸浓度4mol/L时,效益最高;此反应属于收缩未反应芯模型,表观活化能为60.87kJ/mol,反应级数为0.1701。
The fly ash was activated by high enery ball milling, and the ball gradation, ball/powder weight ratio, rotate speed and milling time were treated by orthogonal experiment. The Al2O3 was obtained by calcined with a percentage of fly ash activated with different time and Na2 CO3. The effect of surface mechanical activation on extraction rate of Al2 O3 was tested and analyzed, and finally the most optimized parameter and the kinetics of the extraction processes were found out. The results show that, the extraction of Al2 O3 reached 91.15 % when the surface mechanical activation time is 6 h with L/S: 6, and the acid concentration 4 mol/L at the leaching temperature 90 ℃. The reaction can be de scribed by shrinking core model and the activation energy is 60.87 kJ/mol while the reaction order is 0. 1701.
