摘要
采用原位聚合法制备了以脲醛树脂为壁材,包覆石蜡的相变微胶囊。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对微胶囊试样的表面形貌和热物理性能进行了研究,并讨论了芯壁比对微胶囊的形貌和热性能的影响。实验结果表明:当芯壁比为2∶1时,微胶囊的相变温度和相变潜热接近芯材石蜡。
The microcapsules containing paraffin were prepared through the in-situ polymerization method using UF as the wall material. The morphology and thermal properties of the microcapsules were characterized by scanning electronic microscope(SEM) and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), and the effects of the ratio of core to wall on the morphology and phase change properties of the microencapsulated paraffin were investigated. The results showed that when the ratio of core to wall was equal to 2 : 1, the phase-transforming point and the latent heat of microcapsules was near to those of paraffin core.
