本文总结了用6种手术方法修复的21侧面横裂,观察并评价了各种手术方法的术后远期效果及其优缺点。详细介绍了作者等所设计的新方法—下唇三角瓣法,并讨论了面横裂手术方法的选择和手术操作要点。
The paper introduced 6 surgical procedures for repairing the transverse facial cleft. To assess the advantages and disadv ntages of these procedures, the observation and com- parision about the postoperative long-term results were made. A new method called lower lip triangular flap method which was designed by the author was introduced in details. The selection of these surgical procedures and the essential parts of the operation were also disscussed.
