摘要
为了筛选出适合黑龙江省种植的耐盐碱性材料,为黑龙江省培育耐盐碱品种提供育种材料,以黑龙江省种植推广的水稻品种及一些引进资源100份为供试材料,在水稻生长发育过程中采用盐碱胁迫,通过死叶率、耐盐碱指数及产量进行综合评价供试材料的耐盐碱性,筛选出普粘7、东农425、龙粳21和绥粳8等耐盐碱性较强的品种,可作为耐盐碱资源加以利用。
Our study was to select rice materials with Saline-Alkali tolerance in Heilongjiang province, and to provide breeding materials for cultivating the salt tolerant variaties. 100 materials of introductory and promotive cultivar in local were used as testing materials, using saline-alkali stress in the growth process and rice development. The percentage of dead leaves, saline-alkali hazard index and yield traits were analyzed to comprehensively evaluate resistance to saline-alkali. Punian 7 ,Dongnong425 ,Longjing21 and Suijing 8 were screened out as the cuhivars with high Saline-Alkali tolerance, which could be used as Saline-Alkali resistant resources for further develonment.
