蚜虫体内柑桔衰退病毒分子生物学检测研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 由柑桔衰退病毒(Citrus tristeza virus,CTV)引起的柑桔衰退病是具有经济重要性的病害,褐色桔蚜是CTV的最有效传播介体。应用分子生物学方法检测蚜虫体内CTV已被研究多年。本文重点阐述了定性检测和定量检测,介绍了反转录PCR(RT-PCR)、反转录巢式PCR(RT-nes-ted-PCR)以及实时RT-PCR(Real-time RT-PCR)的应用,并对这些技术应用于研究CTV蚜传机理和CTV-介体-寄主三者的互作关系方面做了简要展望。
