弹性系数、行业特性与我国煤炭消费安全

Elasticity Coefficient,Industrial Features and Consumption Safety of Coal Consumption

针对煤炭消费强度高、煤炭消费弹性系数高、煤炭能源生产和消费区域错位等重要的安全问题。构建我国煤炭消费安全度量体系，运用主成分分析法实证分析1995～2010年我国煤炭消费安全状况。保障我国煤炭消费安全，应构建煤炭能源安全评价体系，以煤炭深加工为主提高煤炭产业技术创新能力，树立节能减排和绿色经济理念，充分发挥煤炭行业协会等中介组织的桥梁和纽带作用。

As to the important safe problems, such as high intensity, high flexibility of coal consumption, and regional dislocation of coal production and consumption, the authors establish a evaluating system of coal consumption safety in China, and demonstrate China＇s coal consumption security from 1995 to 2010 through principle component analysis. At last, the authors put forward to ensure the coal consumption safety, the evaluating system of coal safety should be made up. Besides, accelerating the technological innovation to enhance the deep processing ability of coal industry, setting up the concept of energy saving and green economy, make the association of coal industry play full function as bridge and linkage.
