摘要
深圳市"图文一体"数字房产系统探索性利用地形图修补测和房产测绘数字化成果,采用集中式数据管理方式,建立建筑物空间数据库、房产测绘数据库、建筑物3D数据库等,同时建立基于Web构建"图文一体"房地产信息综合查询系统,实现"以图管房",实现地-楼-房信息一体化管理,试图给公众提供强大的房产信息综合查询服务,让公众可以更加便捷、直观的了解房屋的详细情况。
