摘要
本文对4例颅骨外伤性缺损(最大面积15cm×10cm,最小面积8cm×8cm),用吻合血管的游离肋骨—前锯肌—皮肤复合组织瓣行颅骨成形术,经2～3年随访,效果良好,这是一种取材方便,合乎生理的修复新方法。
From June 1983 to November 1988, 4 cases of traumatic cranial defect (8×8cm^2 to 10× 15cm^2) were repaired by the use of free revascularized rib (2-5) -musculocutanous grafts, After 2-3 years follow up. the results were satisfactory. Operative procedures were des- cribed in detail. Typical cases and several attentions during operation were introduced. Because the ribs offer physiological curve as like the skull and can be easily grafted, this shows a new wav for cranioplasty.
