摘要
文章抓住教育本质特征（传统教育的消费性到现代教育的生产性）的变化，论述了教育、高等教育优先发展是现代社会经济发展的必然规律。
This paper focuses on the transition of the essential characteristics of education (from the consumptional feature of traditional education to the productivity feature of modern education). It shows that priority on the development education, especially that of higher education, is the inexoreble law of the economic development of a modern society.
