Fluorometric determination of hydrogen peroxide

摘要 在碱性介质中,以四羧基铁酞菁为过氧化物酶模拟催化H2O2氧化邻苯二胺,生成2,3-二氨基吩嗪,该产物在577 nm处产生荧光,其荧光强度随H2O2浓度的增大而增加,在1.6×10-7~9.7×10-6mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r为0.9941,据此建立了一种测定痕量H2O2的新方法。方法的检出限为1.1×10-7mol/L,用于雨水中H2O2的测定,结果令人满意。 In alkaline solution,the reaction between o-phenylenediamine(OPDA) and hydrogen peroxide was catalyzed by tetracarboxy phthalocyanine iron(Ⅲ),and the product 2,3-diaminophenazine had strong fluorescence with a maximum intensity at 577 nm.The fluorescence intensity increased with the increasing concentration of hydrogen peroxide,H2O2 concentration in the range of 1.6×10-7~9.7×10-6mol/L was linearly correlated to the increasing fluorescence value with the correlation coefficient of 0.9941.Based on this,a new method for the determination of hydrogen peroxide was developed and the detection limit was 1.1×10-7mol/L.This method was applied to the analysis of H2O2 in rainwater samples with satisfactory results.
