摘要
建立了梯度淋洗-抑制型电导离子色谱法检测水产品中有机酸的方法。在2~3个数量级范围内,该方法对目标化合物的检测线性良好。酒石酸的线性范围为15~500 ng/mL,检测限为0.05 mg/kg;柠檬酸线性范围为8~500 ng/mL,检测限为0.03 mg/kg。以大黄鱼、中华绒螯蟹、南美白对虾、文蛤为空白样品,加入酒石酸和柠檬酸质量分数分别为0.05,0.07和0.10 mg/kg,酒石酸的加标回收率介于84.4%~89.2%,RSD<6.5%,柠檬酸的加标回收率介于87.5%~93.8%,RSD<5.9%。
A method has been established to detect organic acids in aquatic products by SPE-suppressed conductivity ion chromatographic method.In three orders of magnitude of scope,the linear range of this method is good.The detection limits are 0.05 mg/kg for tartaric acid and 0.03 mg/kg for citric acid.This established method has been successfully applied to the determination of tartaric acid and citric acid in Penaeus vannamei Boone.At the spiked levels of 0.05,0.07 and 0.1 mg/kg,this method was adopted to detect the two kind of organic acids in three different kinds of aquatic products.Each quality concentration was parallelly detected 6 times,the recoveries of tartaric acid is between 84.4% and 89.3% with RSD 〈 6.6%,and the citric acid is between 87.5% and 93.8% with RSD 〈 5.9%.
