摘要
产品的光顺性分析在虚拟制造中占有重要的地位,但目前还没有对曲线曲面光顺性进行定量分析的方法,通过定义曲线曲面的光顺度,给出了一种对曲线曲面光顺性进行定量分析的方法。依据光顺度的定义,提出了一种基于光顺度的约束优化光顺算法,该算法也可以通过不同的约束条件来调节光顺情况。通过仿真建模实验,可知本算法有较好的实验结果。
The product smoothness has played an important role in virtual manufacturing, and at present, there has not fairness method that can evaluate the curve and surface smoothness quantitatively. A method of the curves and surfaces fairing evaluation was quantitatively proposed by calculating the "smooth- degree". Based on the "smooth-degree", a constrained optimization algorithm for the curve and surface fairing was proposed. The results of theory analysis and simulation examples illustrate the effectiveness of the constrained optimization fairing method.
