摘要
应用切断股二头肌长头在坐骨结节的附着点,向近端呈是V-Y推进缝合法修复坐骨结节部褥疮,共14例(16处)皆获成功。本法操作简单,又不影响该肌的功能,是治疗坐骨结节部褥疮较理想的肌皮瓣。
14 cases of pressure sore in ischium tuberosity region were treated with advancing V-Y musculocutaneous flap of caput longum of biceps femoris muscle. All the patients were reco- vered. The method is simple and easy. The deep cavity of pressure sore can be subsided and the bood supply to the focus can be increased after operation.
