关于华盛顿协议新进展的评述

Comments on the recent progress of Washington Accord

作者在 １９９６年曾发表过一篇论述学位与专门职业资格国际相互承认的文章［１］。这一国际相互承认问题现在又有了新的进展、本文的重点在于评述这些新进展。这是我国工程界与工程教育界应予关注的问题。对于加入世界贸易组织的准备工作来说，特别是在国际服务贸易方面，也是必须清楚了解并主动应对的一个方面。

As a continuation of one of the author's papers in 1996[1], the author presents the recent progress of the international recog- nition of degrees and profesional qualifications and his comments concerned. The author emphasizes that the international recognition is an important problem for the Chinses community of engineering and engineering education, and it is also an important issue for making preparations for joining the World Trade Organivation(WTO),especially in the respect of professional services trade.
