摘要
研究目的:国家铁路作为铁路系统主要组成部分,对国民经济发展起着重要作用,通过技术创新提高国家铁路的生产效率是其发展的必然之路。文章从国家铁路技术经济因素出发,采用基于熵权的模糊物元方法测定四个分类的技术因素值,然后将其作为投入变量采用DEA方法测定近12年的国铁生产效率。研究结论:(1)国家铁路系统的技术经济因素整体呈现逐年改善的趋势;(2)规模无效率是导致综合技术效率低下的主要原因;(3)从长远看,国家铁路系统进行技术创新,提高技术经济因素才是其实现和谐、可持续发展的必然之路。
Research purposes: The national railway is a major part of the railway system and plays an important role in the national economic development. Enhancing the production efficiency by the technical innovation is the only way for the national railway to develop. In this paper, the technical values of four factors were determined with the entropy fuzzy matter- element method from the perspectives of the national railway's technology and economic factors, and the DEA method was used to calculate the nearly 12 years'national railwayg production efficiency. Research conclusions:The national railwayg technology economic factors present the improving trend year by year. The scale but inefficiency was the main reason for the low efficiency of the comprehensive technology ; In the long - term, the technical innovation and enhancing the technical and economic efficieneies are the way for the national railway to realize the harmonious and sustainable development.
