摘要
为建立了茶叶中9种有机磷农药的气相色谱检测方法,将试样在气相色谱仪DB XLB色谱柱中分离,FPD检测器鉴定。结果表明,9种有机磷能够很好地分离,在0.05~1.0μg/mL线性关系良好(r≥0.999)。在0.05~0.20 mg/kg的添加水平范围内的平均回收率为78.6%~105%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~7.8%。9种有机磷方法检出限0.005~0.01 mg/kg。
To establish the gas chromatographic detection method of nine kinds of organophosphorus pesticide in tea, tea samples were separation by chromatographic column in gas chromatography DB - XLB, and determined with flame photometry detector (FPD). The results show that, nine kinds of organophosphorus can be separated, and have good linear relationship between 0. 05 to 1.0 μg/mL ( r ≥ 0. 999). And the average recovery was 78.6% - 105% when the added level was between 0.05 to 0. 20 mg/kg; the relative standard deviation is between 1.4% to 7.8%. The detection limit of nine kinds of organophosphorus was 0. 005 - 0. 001 mg/kg.
