中国数据卡遭遇欧盟贸易救济措施案例评析与思考 被引量：1

摘要 2010年下半年,欧盟对中国数据卡产品同时发起反倾销、反补贴和保障措施三项调查,严重扰乱了中欧双边正常的贸易秩序。数据卡属于不断更新换代的高科技产品,中国制造数据卡促进了科学技术进步,给欧盟市场的消费者带来了实际福利,欧盟对一种产品同时实施三种救济措施在WTO各成员方贸易救济实践中极为罕见,是典型的贸易保护主义做法,
