祁连山自然保护区林政案件发生特点及预防对策探讨

Discussion on Occurrence Characteristics and Preventive Countermeasures of Forestry Administrative Cases in Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve

对祁连山自然保护区自1988年成立以来的林政案件发生和查处情况进行统计,分析了林政案件发生的特点和原因,提出了今后在加强资源保护管理工作中,应将盗伐林木、乱捕滥猎野生动物、非法侵占林地、违反自然保护区管理等违法行为作为打击重点。

Based on the statistics of forestry administrative cases occurred in Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve since the foundation of Nature Reserve in 1988,occurrence characteristics and reasons of forestry administrative cases were analyzed in this paper,countermeasures were put forward as follows： illegal activities such as illegal lumbering,hunting precious and rare wild animals,illegal occupying forestland and violating regulations of Nature Resure should be paid more attention to strengthen resource conservation and management in future.
