植物种子萌发处理的研究现状及发展趋势

摘要 种子是农业生产中最基本的生产资料,电化学原位处理能激活作物种子的内源物质和潜在基因,提高生物膜的渗透性,增强酶活性,使种子细胞活性增强,新陈代谢速率加快,种子活力提升。在综合前人研究的基础上,针对单纯物理、化学方法种子处理的优缺点,结合相关性实验,对电化学方法处理种子的可行性和发展趋势进行了深入探讨。 Seeds of agricultural production is the most basic production material. Electrochemical in situ treatment can activate the crop seeds of endogenous substances and potential gent, improve of membrane permeability, enhance the enzyme activity, strengthen the seed cell active, speed up the metabolism rate, promote the seed vigor. Based on the comprehensive and the former research, consider with the advantages and disadvantages of mere physical method and chemical method processing, combining with the correlation experiment, this article discussed the feasible and development trend of electrochemical method on seed treatment for the further.
