介绍了双益磷化有限责任公司2万t/a硫酸铝装置工艺流程及主要设备选型情况,针对铝土矿品位降低导致反应工序负荷过大、沉降洗涤工序生产能力不足的问题,进行设备改造,实现了装置产能达标;介绍了废水回用措施及效果,颗粒铝和粉状铝联合生产装置及效果;同时提高了成品粉碎工序的机械化水平,降低了产品成本。

At the same time, to improve the level of mechanization of the finished crushed process,and reduce product cost.
