摘要
湿法磷酸生产过程中排放出大量的含氟气体,经水吸收副产氟硅酸。瓮福(集团)有限责任公司为提高产品附加值,成功利用湿法磷酸生产副产的氟硅酸制取无水氟化氢,由于系统工艺及管理上的缺陷造成氟回收率低。系统地分析了氟回收率低的原因,及影响氟回收率的因素,在此基础上提出了提高氟回收率的技改措施。
After water-absorption treatment,waste gas containing fluoride from the WPA production was made into by-product fluosilicic acid. To increase products value greater,Wengfu (Group) Co. , Ltd have produeted anhydrous hydrogen fluoride with by-product fluorosilicic acid from the WPA production. However, the low yield of fluoride was caused by defects in the technology and management system. To analyze the reason of the lower yield of fluoride and the influence factors, propose some measures to increase the yield of fluoride.
