摘要 以柠檬酸为主要原料合成了丙烯三羧酸丙烯酸共聚物,将此共聚物与聚天冬氨酸和锌盐复配成三元水处理剂,测定了复配物的缓蚀性能、阻垢性能和生物降解性能。结果表明,此三元复合水处理剂缓蚀性能优异,特别适用于高硬度水质,在用量为14mg/L时,对碳钢的缓蚀率达96%以上;28d后生物降解率达到87%,属易生物降解产品。 The aconitic acid-acrylic acid copolymer was synthesized by using citric acid as the main material,and that was compounded with polyaspartic acid and zinc salt to get a new kind of high-efficient corrosion inhibitor terpoly- mer,which performances of corrosion inhibition, scale inhibition and biodegradability were evaluated. The results showed that the terpolymer was suitable to treating the hard water,when the dosage of the agent was 14 mg/L, the corrosion inhibition rate to A3 carbon steel could reach over 96M. The biodegradable rate was 87% after 28 days,so the agent was a kind of biodegradable corrosion inhibitor.
