摘要
在编写数控加工程序过程中,对于结构或工艺相似的零件,可以采用合适的方法提高编程效率,降低工作强度。以法兰的数控编程为例,在编程中合理利用宏程序,设置变量与参数,加工时自动给变量赋值,使得在数控加工时方便、快捷。
In the writing process of CNC programming, appropriate methods can be used to enhance work efficiency and reduce the intensity of programming for the parts with similar structure or process. By taking flange CNC programming for example, in programming to reasonably use macros program, variables and parameters were set. During the processing, values to variables are assigned automatically, which made the NC machining convenient and quick.
