摘要
针对高压连接杆零件数控加工特点,基于其加工工艺,研究了其加工刀具的选择和参数的设定,有效地解决了该零件因刀具选用不合适而带来的刀具消耗大、加工效率低、成本高等问题。
For the processing features of high-pressure connecting rod, the tool selection and parameter setting were researched based on its processing technics. Some problems are solved effectively, such as great tool consumption, low processing efficiency and high cost which caused by improper selection and use of tools.
