液压挖掘机回转液压系统能量回收研究 被引量:4

摘要 液压挖掘机在工作过程中存在很大的能量损失,其原因是其转台转动惯量大且需要频繁启动和制动。针对液压挖掘机回转液压系统,回收转台的制动能量并在转台反向启动时予以释放,以实现转台制动能量的回收和再利用。在此基础上,分析节能系统的能量回收机制,并通过AMESim进行仿真试验。试验结果表明:该节能系统的节能效果较为明显,液压挖掘机能耗得到了降低。 There lies large energy loss, because its rotary table possesses large rotary inertia and needs frequent starting and braking. Taking a kind of slewing hydraulic system of hydraulic excavator as research object, braking energy of rotary table was recycled and released when rotary table starting oppositely, to realize recycling and repurposing of braking energy of rotary table. On the basis, the theory of energy regeneration of the energy-saving system was analyzed. The simulation experiment was carried by AMESim. The experimental result shows that energy-saving effect is obvious and energy loss is decreased.
