摘要
基于电液比例技术,以液压动筛跳汰机控制系统为研究对象,建立控制系统的数学模型,通过SIMULINK动态仿真,表明该控制系统是稳定和可行的;运用PID控制算法对系统控制特性进行校正,仿真结果表明:控制性能良好,能够达到跳汰选煤工艺要求标准。
Taking control system of hydraulic moving sieve of jigger as research object, the mathematical model of the control system was established basing on electro-hydraulic proportional technology. It is shown that the control system is stable and viable through SIMULINK dynamic simulation. PID control tactics was used to revise the control character of the system. The simulation results illustrate control performance of the system is well and it can achieve the coal dressing process requirement standard.
