高压清洗机柱塞泵的关键结构的有限元分析及结构优化

摘要 针对现有的高压清洗机柱塞泵可靠性低的特点,对某型号的柱塞泵排液阀芯进行了结构分析和优化。利用三维软件Pro/E的建模功能,建立高压清洗机柱塞泵的关键零部件排液阀芯模型,运用Pro/M的有限元功能分析阀芯各部分的受力和位移情况,并在此基础上完成阀芯的结构优化设计。 Aiming at the characteristics of low reliability of existing high piston pump of pressure cleaner, a type of liquid discharge valve core of piston pump was analyzed and optimized of the structure. By using Pro/E of 3D (Three Dimension) software modeling function, the piston pump of high pressure cleaner key parts of the valve core model drainage was established, and then used Pro/M finite element function, each part of stress and displacement situation of the valve core analyzed. On this basis, the structural design optimization of the valve core was completed.
